Proposed residential development at land to the rear of Ty Fry Road, Aberbargoed
Planning Consent is to be sought for the development of 11 detached dwellings, 3 attached dwellings and one detached unit consisting of 2 self-contained 1-bedroom flats on the site, on land to the rear of Ty Fry Road, Aberbargoed.
The detached properties range from 2 to 5 bedrooms, with a mixture of self-contained garages, detached garages and individual driveways. There will be an adoptable road leading into the site culminating with a turning point. The properties will lead off this centralised turning point with small separate roads leading to their individual driveways.
